Refund & Returns Policy — Eye & Apple

This Refund & Returns Policy explains when and how refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed for purchases of Eye & Apple products. By purchasing from our website or an authorized reseller you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope — Eligible Items
Refunds, returns, and exchanges apply only to genuine Eye & Apple products that include the Eye & Apple authentic seal/label and were purchased from our official website or an authorized Eye & Apple retailer. Items that are imitations, unauthorized “A+ copies,” replicas, or otherwise not genuine Eye & Apple products are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange under any circumstance. Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse (including burning, intentional damage, neglect, improper care, or normal wear and tear) are not eligible for refund.
2. Timeframe to Report Issues
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged original item (in transit or on arrival), you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing eyeandapple@gmail.com or calling/WhatsApping the numbers above. Claims reported after 7 calendar days may be declined.
3. Information Required to Start a Claim
When contacting us, please provide:
Order number and name on the order.
Clear photos or video showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item (include any visible serial number, Eye & Apple label/seal, or branding).
A brief description of the issue and the date you received the item.
We may request additional information or require the item be returned for inspection.
4. Verification of Authenticity
To qualify for a refund or replacement, the product must be verified as an original Eye & Apple product. Verification may include inspection of serial numbers, packaging, product markings, and the Eye & Apple authentic seal/label. If we cannot confirm authenticity (for example, the item is an A+ copy, counterfeit, or lacks the Eye & Apple seal/label), the refund/return request will be denied.
5. Return Shipping & Handling
If the return is approved due to our error (defective or incorrect item shipped), Eye & Apple will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For approved returns not due to our error (for example, change of mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping and any applicable restocking fee. Specific charges will be stated in the approval message.
6. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in the condition in which they were received (unless defective) and must include all original packaging, Eye & Apple tags/seal, manuals, and accessories. We reserve the right to deny returns or issue partial refunds if returned items are missing packaging/accessories or show evidence of misuse.
7. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm eligibility, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear on your account depends on your payment provider. We will notify you by email, WhatsApp, or phone when the refund has been issued.
8. Replacements & Exchanges
If an item is confirmed defective or we shipped the wrong product, we will, at our discretion:
Provide a replacement (subject to stock availability), or
Issue a full refund.
9. Non-Refundable Items — Summary
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for:
Items confirmed to be non-genuine, counterfeit, A+ copies, or items without the Eye & Apple seal/label.
Items damaged after delivery by burning, breakage, misuse, neglect, or intentional/accidental damage.
Items returned without required original packaging, accessories, proof of purchase, or the Eye & Apple seal/label (unless the return is due to a defect or our error).

11. Changes to This Policy
Eye & Apple reserves the right to update this policy. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Effective date.”
